STRATEGIC PLAN 2025–2030

Focused growth. Clear scope. Stronger prevention.

HopeWorks Global, Inc. is focused on preventing child exploitation and victimization before harm escalates. The five-year plan strengthens training, community engagement, VITAL, advocacy, partnerships, and the organizational capacity required to sustain the work.

WHERE WE ARE GOING

Six priorities guide responsible growth through 2030.

The plan focuses growth on work HopeWorks Global, Inc. can sustain responsibly.

01

Scale prevention training

Expand training, role-specific education, digital-safety content, and recurring institutional relationships with schools, organizations, faith communities, and other partners.

02

Deepen community engagement

Move beyond one-time awareness events by building sustained prevention relationships, community partnerships, sponsorship pathways, and repeat engagement where local need is demonstrated.

03

Grow training resources and HopeWorks VITAL

Expand downloadable prevention resources and role-specific learning while completing the accessibility-centered child and youth curriculum and practical tools that help caregivers and professionals support safer participation.

04

Advance advocacy and organizational readiness

Strengthen nonpartisan legislative engagement, policy education, safeguarding practices, reporting pathways, implementation support, and public understanding of child-exploitation prevention and survivor care.

05

Strengthen referral and partnership pathways

Formalize relationships with qualified organizations so HopeWorks Global, Inc. can provide prevention, limited navigation, and warm referrals without duplicating emergency, clinical, legal, investigative, or long-term case-management services.

06

Build sustainable organizational capacity

Establish a dedicated HopeWorks Global, Inc. office and training base, diversify funding, strengthen administration and governance, add paid capacity as sustainable funding permits, and maintain the systems needed for responsible growth.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

From learning to action, support, and systems change.

Four operating disciplines keep the work connected.

Deliver role-specific prevention training for caregivers, schools, faith communities, organizations, professionals, and community partners.
